The College Prepster

Yea I did…  I definitely didn’t have a typical experience though.  I signed up as a novice coxswain (I had never coxed before!) and got stuck with experienced girls who I’m sure were just so thrilled to have sucky me as their coxswain.  It was legit the scariest thing to be thrown in a boat and expected to know what to do. 

I’m sure the experience for you will be so much better since you’re definitely not a novice.  You’ll love it!  The dorms were really hot haha so bring a fan.  But we all had fun at night! (Molly, Taylor, Aubrey, Sarah Gray, Louisa, and I went together!)

You absolutely HAVE to go to the Newseum!  It’s WELL worth the ticket price.  Each ticket is good for two days.  Which is a really good thing since there are SO many awesome things to look at.  It’s an absolutely incredible museum. 

One hint: I got extremely choked up at some of the Pulitzer Prize photographers.  I literally felt sick to my stomach after viewing some of the disturbing (but beautiful) pictures.  Just be warned.  And bring tissues.  And some advil!

I read the first page of the first book… does that count?  I liked the movies though

I have a huge aversion to nail polish.  I don’t mind it on my toes, but I hate finger nail polish.  It looks so good on other people, but having strange colors on my fingers drives me bonkers.  And if I get one tiny chip, I get so annoyed.  And taking off the polish is the worst part!!!  I HATE nail polish remover.  It makes my fingers feel AWFUL.

I’m a rising junior at Georgetown actually… this year we got on the water SOOOOO late due to the melting snow from the snowpocalypse.  The first week of spring break was the first week the docks were in… And we had a race the next weekend haha epic.

When I saw your tumblr, I nearly fell off my chair!  LOVE IT!  I’m also from Florida haha… I cox for Georgetown HW men!

Georgetown is sending a four to the Henley Royal Regatta in England!  So we get to train here!!!  So excited!
