So I’m basically obsessed with workout clothes from Target!

I’d avoid any super tight, spandex-like clothing. A shirt like this paired with a running skirt like this is a great option! The great thing about the skirt is that it has spandex shorts underneath so you’re fully covered…. but you have the skirt over so you are also nice and modest!
